It is a 13.5% ABV semi-sweet mead using the juice from blackberries, blueberries and raspberries, and Arizona wildflower honey.
APPEARANCE
Deep reddish-purple in color, still, medium body.
NOSE
Smashed fresh raspberry and blackberry with notes of rose and currant play with honey and herbal tea.
TASTE
Big, jammy body. Well-balanced sweetness and acidity lingers on the palate and gives way to sharp honey and light tannins. Tart finish.
SOUL
Thick, complex, and indulgent.

Osso Buco, cheesecake, wood-fired pizza, dark chocolate, goat cheese.
