Using a low and slow fermentation over winter, this cider has a beautiful and rich aromatic composition of ripe fruit, apple forwardness, and winter spice. With a touch of sweetness that is  brightened by a bit of acidity, this cider livens up the palate. Meant to be aged, this cider will only get better with age.
