The Local Blend honors traditional European ciders. Crafted with San Juan Island hard cider apples, it is a full bodied sparkling cider with spice notes, medium tannins and a subtle oak finish. Made in the Petulant Natural method, DV10 yeast, aged 6 months in neutral French oak.
