Description
To make our 2021 Reserve Cider, we took a portion of fermented juice, aged it in neutral oak barrels, and blended it with award-winning Ice Cider from Eden Specialty Ciders in Newport, Vermont. The 2021 Reserve Cider won a gold medal at GLINTCAP.
