About St-LΓ΄ Cider:
Founder, Michael Chick, used to split his time as a writer/performer and a French wine and cuisine professional before a chance encounter with a Bretagne cider induced a full-blown Proustian flashback - a smoke filled country cottage in FinistΓ¨re, the chimney flue was closed. Standing out in the Bretagne rain, the smell of wet hay and, next door, Madame Plouhinec frying blood sausages. So now he is developing a cider orchard on Bainbridge Island focusing on French and English heritage cider apples to blend the best of these traditional cider cultures with a Pacific Northwest twistβ¦.of course.
