Rose Hill Farm's Batty Pider is a refreshing blend of cultivated and foraged perry pears, pressed with Rose Hill Farm grown cider apples. Apple varieties include Stoke Red, Hewe's Crab, and Bramley's Seedling. Raw, unfined, and unfiltered.
We thoroughly enjoyed this new release from Rose Hill Farms. This cider drinks dry with medium-plus acidity carrying a flavor profile of green apple, apple skin, lemon, and minerality. A lingering tart citrus. Highly refreshing.
