Botanist & Barrel's Fall Into Place cider is made from a blend of the last harvest apples from three of their never-sprayed orchards, Green Heart Farms, Strader Farms, and the Farmer’s Orchard. Made with a blend of Arkansas Black, Black Twig, Buttons Choice (feral) Cinnamon Spice, Florina, Golden Russet, Lymans Large, Old Grandma, Pink Crab (feral) Red Free, Smokey Joe, and Stayman Winesap.
Spontaneously fermented via the wild yeast naturally living on the fruit, bottled Pet Nat. This cider is a staff favorite here at PTP. It drinks dry to semi-dry, very balanced medium levels of tannin & acidity. Full of apples & orchard aromatics with flavor notes of apple skin, sweet lemon, and citrus pith.
