Greenwood Cider - HuckleBerry (500 mL)
Greenwood Cider - HuckleBerry (500 mL)
From the Cidery: The elusive mountain huckleberry captured at last and preserved in our signature blend of dessert apples. Found on high mountain slopes, the black huckleberry comes out of hibernation in spring and ripens in mid-August. Hand-pressed and unfiltered, this cider is finished between dry and off-dry with a tartness and slight sweetness akin to the berry itself.
You wanna know if you got a good cider? Let it warm up and taste the flavor profiles develop and change. The ideal temperature range is between 45° F and 65° F (55° F being midpoint), though this isn't an exact science. This IS CIDER.
Pair it with: Drink your cider with food! It is delicious.
Review from FB: "Definitely try the blush and the huckleberry. The flavor is fruity, dry, and absolutely addicting."
