Fruit Flavored Ciders
Fruit flavored ciders are ciders with other fruits or juices added, typically after fermentation. Most commercially available fruit flavored ciders are semi-sweet or sweet and carry a strong influence in flavor from the fruit additions. We curate only carefully crafted fruit ciders that are not overly sweet and still maintain enough apple characteristic to resemble a cider. Any flavor additions are a supporting cast or co-star with the apple or pear. These ciders include many ranges of dry-to-sweet and tannic or acidic vs. not. This collection also includes many co-ferments, which are ciders in which additional fruit or juices are added prior to fermentation. These typically result in a finer, more nuanced beverage than widely available fruit flavored ciders you might find on the shelves at most grocery stores.
