This Botanist & Barrel cider is cofermented with Paw Paws, an obscure tropical fruit native to the Eastern United States. Paw paws from Full of Life Farms are co-fermented with cider and aged in stainless steel tank. After fermentation and aging, the cider is then infused jasmine tea from Oliver Pluff Tea Co. All fruit & tea products are hyper local to B&B's cidery in North Carolina. Flavor notes of passion fruit, mango and jasmine.
Made in collaboration with Dalai Sophia, a kombucha and craft fermented beverage producer from South Carolina.
