RAW Cider - Airlie Red (750 mL)
RAW Cider - Airlie Red (750 mL)
RAW Cider's Airlie Red is a single-varietal cider - a vibrant showcase of one of our favorite apples: the Airlie Red. Discovered in Oregon close to RAW's cidery, this rare fruit comes from the very orchard where it was first propagated. Fermented with native yeast using the traditional French method, this single-varietal cider balances residual sweetness with crisp acidity and subtle tannins—much like biting into a perfectly ripe raspberry. Bursting with red fruit notes like watermelon, raspberry, and Hood berries, it’s juicy, refreshing, and delightfully nuanced.

Active sparkle, serve chilled.
Tasting Notes: Aromatics of cotton candy and cranberry. Dry, with plus acidity that's nice and mouthwatering throughout. Subtle drying tannins build slowly. Tasting notes of green apple skin, tart cranberry, raspberry, grapefruit, and floral notes. Delightful stuff.
We've had a few of these bottles for ourselves, we love it. We've noticed it continuing to dry out a bit in bottle - had more sweetness earlier, drying out and becoming more bubbly as time goes on. A fun, living bottle of delicious fruit.
