South Hill Cider's Bacchus is a highly limited, small batch coferment made by rehydrating Gewurztraminer wine grape skins with Golden Russet juice. The cider and grape skins are co-fermented using the wild, ambient yeast from the fruit. Floral and tropical.
Recently released (2024), this cider is made with the fruit from the 2022 harvest season. Otherwise exclusive to South Hill's own club customers.
