South Hill Cider - Dabinett Keeved Cider (750 mL)
South Hill Cider - Dabinett Keeved Cider (750 mL)
South Hill Cider's Dabinett Keeved cider is a very limited small batch cider that was otherwise only made available to South Hill's cider club members.
From KEEVED (other cider): This cider shows significant character in texture and aroma both from the tannic cider apples it is made from, and the technique. It is made in the traditional French method which includes mythical and legendary techniques such as maceration and keeving. Bottled before fully fermented to create a petillent naturel sparkling cider.
APPLE VARIETIES: Chisel Jersey, Geneva Tremlett's Bitter, Dabinett, Golden Russet
TASTING NOTES: Semi-sweet to sweet with a punch of tannins (medium plus) and acidity. Mild bitterness to the tannins as well. Notes of fresh and very ripe apple, caramel, minerality, fresh rain, clove, apple skins, and melon (cantaloupe)
